After swimming a personal best in the 200 butterfly, Emma McKinley, has been named Reed Publications Female Artist-Athlete Player of the Week.

McKinley touched the wall in 2:04.48, which was five seconds faster than her previous season best. That time also ranks as the fastest time in the NAIA this season.

McKinley followed that up with a second place finished in the 200 individual medley and fourth place finish in the 100 breast. She is now ranked sixth in the NAIA in the 200 individual medley.

McKinley also was part of three relay teams that won first-place.
