TAMPA, Fla.- SCAD Women Lacrosse's Ellen Benintendi and Maddy Hahn bring home Sun Conference Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week accolades.

Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week
Ellen Benintendi | Sophomore | Midfielder | Cincinnati, Ohio

Benintendi had an explosive week in the offensive third. She tallied 12 points on 10 goals and two assists. Benintendi also notched defensive stats with five draw control wins, three ground balls and three caused turnovers. She had a lights out game against No. 5 Keiser where she had seven points stemming from five goals and two assists to lead the Bees to a 12-5 win.

Maddy Hahn | Freshman | Midfielder | Queenstown, Md.

Hahn went to work this week for the Bees. She was instrumental in a superb defensive week for SCAD where the unit only allowed 27 shots through two games of play. Hahn nabbed six ground balls, four caused turnovers and hauled in four draw controls. She was key in the Bees maintaining possession in a tight contest with No. 5 Keiser where she had four ground balls, two draw controls and an impressive three caused turnovers. Hahn sparked a defense that held a Keiser team to less than 10 goals for the first time since 2024.

The Bees are back in action Saturday, April 25 on the road at Life University for a 4:30 p.m. contest.
