Justin Frambes of the cycling team and Maddy Walter-Sherretts of the cross-country team have been named Bees of the Week for the week ending on October 6^th.
 
Frambes (Graduate Student / Design Management) had two top three finishes over the weekend at Auburn to conclude the mountain bike season. Frambes competed in the "B" category, finishing in third on Saturday during the cross-country race and second in short track on Sunday. He also helped the relay team capture a first-place finish.  
 
Walter-Sherretts (Graduate Student) placed second out of 229 runners in the 5K at the Women's Louisville Classic on October 5^th. Walter-Sherretts' finish catapulted the women's team to finish sixth overall, outplacing eight NCAA D1 universities.
 
The cross-country team competes next at the Sand Shark Classic on October 12^th, and the cycling team hits the road at the Grant Park Cross on October 13^th.
