WALESKA, Ga. – SCAD Savannah and Reinhardt University battled to a 1-1 double overtime draw in a non-conference women's soccer match Thursday (Sept. 2) afternoon at the Ken White Soccer Field.

The Bees improved to 2-1-1 while the Eagles fell to 1-0-2. SCAD returns to action Saturday (Sept. 4) with a 7 p.m. match against No. 1-ranked Lee University in Cleveland, Tenn.

After a scoreless first half, Reinhardt took a 1-0 lead as Chelsa Hise scored off an assist from Heather Rogers in the 54th minute. The Bees drew even on Shelby Dieckamp's unassisted score 13 minutes later.

SCAD outshot the Eagles 19-5, but neither team could push across a goal in the remaining 23 minutes of regulation play and 20 minutes of overtime.
