TAMPA, Fla. – The University of Tampa defeated SCAD Savannah 147-107 in a women's swimming meet Saturday (Oct. 30) morning at the UT Swimming Complex.

The Bees fell  to 0-4. SCAD returns to action Friday (Nov. 5) when they travel to Charlotte, N.C., to compete in the Charlotte Quad at 6 p.m.

SCAD won three of the 14 events that were competed in the meet. Liz Roberts won the 100 breaststroke (1:08.01) while Savanah Watts took home the 500 freestyle (5:24.19) and Melanie Futscher was the winner in the 200 individual medley (2:16.02).
