Credentials
While press passes are not necessary to cover a SCAD Savannah athletics event, the sports information department requests that the media notify them of their intention to cover an event at least 48 hours in advance.
Photographers
While photo passes are not necessary to cover a SCAD athletics event, the sports information department requests that photographers notify them of their intention to cover an event at least 48 hours in advance. Photographers are expected to know and follow rules regarding photography areas.
Interview policy
All requests for interviews with student-athletes and coaches should be coordinated with the sports information department at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate students' schedules. On the day of a SCAD athletics event, interviews are conducted only after the event.
Postgame interviews are allowed approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the event. Coaches and players are retrieved by the sports information staff.
Press services
Media may be supplied with rosters, statistics, and other sports information before the event, as well as complete statistics after the event is concluded. Media is encouraged to contact the Sports Information Director at 912.525.4220 or at athletics@scad.edu for other inquiries.
We ask that you refer to our institution as SCAD Savannah on the first reference and as SCAD on subsequent references. Please refrain from referring to SCAD as Savannah College, Savannah A & D, Savannah, and so on.
