HARDEEVILLE, S.C. - Seven different players registered goals as the Savannah College of Art and Design recorded a 9-0 The Sun Conference women's soccer victory over Johnson & Wales (Fla.) 9-0 on a cool Sunday (Oct. 18) afternoon at the SCAD Athletics Complex.

The Bees, who outshot JWU 33-2 (22-1 on goal), improved to 6-6-0 overall and to 4-2-0 inside the league. The Wildcats remained winless in eight matches. SCAD returns to action Thursday (Oct. 23) with a 4 p.m. conference match against Ave Maria University in Ave Maria, Fla.

SCAD scored eight times in the opening 45 minutes of play, including four over a five-minute stretch that broke the match open. Melissa Feuerriegel led the offense for the Bees with two goals and three assists. Logann Rogers scored twice while Amanda Barj, Mindy Beck, Angela Kowalski, Gabriella Levandowski and Sara Collins each tallied a goal.
