KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Yunyi Luo won a loaded Oldfield Intercollegiate at Oldfield Club in Okatie, S.C., last week, firing rounds of 73 and 76 to claim the 36-hole event and the NAIA Women's Golfer of the Week award for March 25.
 
Luo helped SCAD Savannah (Ga.) finish fifth in the event, collectively, 18 shots off the team pace. 
Individually, Luo finished in a three-way tie for first after jumping out to an 18-hole lead with a 1-over first round. Over 36 holes, Luo made five birdies, including three in the first round, and started the tournament 1-under through eight holes, getting back under par through 13. 
 
The Bees continue their season March 30-31, in the Roadrunner Invitational, hosted by Dalton State (Ga.).
