TAMPA, Fla. – Olivia Torline and McKinsey Brown have been named the Sun Conference (SUN) Women's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week for the week ending February 8.

Olivia Torline | Junior | Defender | Overland Park, Kan.
 
Torline led the defense with a game-high three caused turnovers, picking up a team-high (tied) two ground balls in the process as SCAD won 16-14 over No. 6 Reinhardt on Saturday.

This is her first weekly award this season.

SUN Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week
McKinsey Brown | Junior | Attack/Midfield | Centreville, Md.

Brown had a great first game of the season, scoring eight goals to lead the Bees to a 16-14 victory over No. 6 Reinhardt. The junior attack took 12 shots, all of which were on goal for a SOG% of 100.0.

This is her first weekly award this season.

SCAD will travel to Shorter University on Friday, February 13 for a 5:00 p.m. game.
