SAVANNAH, Ga. – The SCAD women's bowling team finished the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Championship in third.
TOURNAMENT INFO: The women's seeds for double-elimination bracket play were decided after 20 qualifying baker games and factoring in regular season RPI.
After qualifying baker games and factoring in regular season RPI, the women's seeds were settled for double-elimination bracket play. SCAD Savannah earned the No. 1 seed and bye, while SCAD Atlanta and Milligan battled in the third round, with that winner facing SCAD Savannah in round four.
The SCAD Savannah Bees earned the bye in round three and faced Milligan in round four. SCAD lost 4-1 (205-174, 203-168, 201-129, 155-189, 236-207) and then lost 4-2 (154-180, 217-164, 192-168, 216-168, 165-172, 206-173) to SCAD Atlanta to finish third.
