Men’s Soccer Blanks Keiser

Box Score QUICK HIT: The SCAD Savannah men's soccer team defeated Keiser University 2-0 Saturday night to open The Sun Conference play.
 
RECORDS: The Bees are now 3-4, 1-0 TSC while the Seahawks are 3-2, 1-1 TSC on the season.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED: Both of SCAD's goals came in the second half with Tom Barry scoring first at the 54:56 mark off an assist from Cian Lynch.
 
Barry returned the favor and assisted Lynch on a goal with less than two minutes remaining in the game.
 
BOX SCORE: SCAD took 12 shots to Keiser's eight with seven on goal to the Seahawks' one.
 
Arthur Veiga led the Bees in shots with four while Alejandro Rodriguez tallied three. Barry and Lynch had two a piece while Nassim El Bouhtouri added one.
 
Goalie Joe Parker nabbed one save in the shut-out.
 
WHAT'S NEXT? The Bees will travel to Florida Memorial on September 30 for a TSC match-up.
