Box Score
It was "Senior Night" at the SCAD Sports Complex and the Men's Soccer Team treated the 110 fans to a game that will be remembered for a while.  In a huge game this evening the Men's Soccer Team came back from being down 1-0 to score three goals in the second period to defeat #14 nationally ranked Thomas University (MRPI Ranking).  Thomas came into Savannah as The Sun Conference's second place team.

The Bees' Jordan Trinci-Lyne scored two of the three SCAD goals (his 5th and 6th of the season).  He just missed a third goal in the latter part of the match, which would have provided the Bees with its second "hat trick" of the season.  A three goal performance was accomplished two matches earlier by John McAleenan.  And speaking of McAleenan, he continued his hot streak by scoring one more goal this evening.  His goal game tying goal in the second period to make it 1-1 was his 5th goal in the last three games.  Jose Izurieta-Herrera and William Oswin contributed assists in a game that had great significance in the Sun Conference Tournament seeding.

Because of the win, the men have guaranteed themselves a 2nd seed in The Sun Conference Tournament which begins next Saturday, November 3.  The Bees will play the first round conference tournament game at the SCAD Sports Complex.  The game time will be decided in the next few days.

Way to go Bees!!
