THOMASVILLE, Ga. – Two records were set or tied as the SCAD Savannah men's soccer team recorded a 1-0 shutout over Thomas (Ga.) University Sunday (Oct. 10) afternoon at the Wendy's Soccer Complex.
The 16th-ranked Bees improved to 10-3 while the Night Hawks fell to 6-3-3. SCAD returns to action Saturday (Oct. 16) at 7 p.m. when they host No. 20 Embry-Riddle (Fla.) University at the SCAD Athletics Complex.
The Bees got the lone score at the 48:54 mark as
Ellert Hreinsson scored off an assist from
Ryan Middleton. It was Hreinsson's 15th score of the season which set a new university mark, surpassing the previous record of 14 set by John Attridge during the 2000 season.

Ross Faulds stopped six shots as he notched his sixth shutout of the season, tying the university record held by four other keepers.
