SCAD Women's Lacrosse player, Charlotte Cutts, was selected as the Student-Artist-Athlete Player of the Week for March 10-16.
Cutts was a key player in the 16-10 victory on March 15 over Sweet Briar College (SBC) and the 12-10 victory over West Virginia Wesleyan University on March 16. The two wins moved the NWLL No. 1 ranked SCAD to an 8-0 record for the season.
In the two games Cutts scored 6 goals out of her 11 shots, had 1 assist, 11 ground balls, and caused 2 turnovers. So far this season Cutts leads the team in points (25), goals (25), ground balls (31) and caused turnovers with six.
Cutts is a junior majoring in Photography at SCAD. This is the second time that Cutts has won this award.
Other worthy candidates were Kayla Nelson, Charlotte Walters, and Jordan Cook (W. Lacrosse), Michael Kocher (Equestrian), and Darnell Sgubin (M. Tennis).
