BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. — The No. 10 SCAD men's lacrosse team extended its winning streak to seven games with a convincing 16-8 victory over the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Saturday afternoon at Pulliam Stadium.

Cameron Clark totaled five caused turnovers, tying a program record for caused turnovers in a single game.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Ethan Cline scored the first goal of the game to take an early 1-0 lead, but Michigan-Dearborn responded with four unanswered goals to take a 4-1 lead heading into the second quarter.
The Bees found their rhythm in the second quarter, outscoring their opponent 4-1 to enter halftime tied 5-5.
Mason Hickman led the second-quarter surge with two goals, while
Conor Marr, scoring his first collegiate goal, and
Travis Cheristin also found the back of the net.
The second half belonged entirely to the Bees. SCAD outscored the Wolverines 5-1 in the third quarter, highlighted goals from Hickman (2),

Leading 10-6 heading into the final period, the Bees added six more goals—including two from
Eli Phillips, and one from
Sebastian Manuel,
Hunter Currie and
David Nebus—to secure the eight-goal victory.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE: The Bees' offensive pressure was relentless as SCAD outshot Michigan-Dearborn 50-23 and held a 32-14 advantage in shots on goal.
Mason Hickman led all scorers with four goals and two assists for six points, while
Travis Cheristin totaled three goals and one assist, and
Eli Phillips each added two goals to the effort.
Sebastian Manuel served as the primary facilitator with a team-high four assists to go along with one goal for five points.

On the defensive side,
Cameron Clark led with a game-high five caused turnovers, while
David Nebus followed closely with three.
Noah Moreland added two caused turnovers, while seven others totaled on in SCAD's game-high 17 total.

Noah Miller totaled six saves in his 60 minutes of work to earn the win.
