The women's golf team competed in the 2025 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship from May 13th to May 16th in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The event followed the Sun Conference Championship just a few weeks ago where the Bees took second place overall. The team looked to build off of their momentum from their conference championship performance in hopes of leaving their mark on the national competition.Â

Team PerformanceÂ
The SCAD women's team finished tied for sixth place, finishing the tournament with a team score of +68. The four round tournament saw a mix of course conditions prove challenging for all competitors. The Bees continued to push forward and persevere overcoming multiple obstacles to finish inside the top ten and finishing as the second highest team finisher from the Sun Conference.Â
Individual PerformanceÂ
The top individual performer for the Bees was Sharon Shan. Shan got out to a commanding start, posting a day one score of –7 (65). Over the next three days Shan would finish with scores of +5 (77), -3 (69), and +3 (75) for an overall score of –2. Her finishing score of –2 was enough to secure Shan a National Runner-Up finish on the individual side of the 2025 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship.Â
