MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The No. 10 SCAD women's tennis team picked up a 4-2 win over Sun Conference foe No. 16 St. Thomas University on Friday afternoon. 

RECORD: The Bees are now 10-6, 4-0 SUN, while the Bobcats are now 6-12, 0-2 SUN.

DOUBLES POINT: SCAD went down 0-1 after doubles as St. Thomas won at numbers one and two doubles to take the doubles point heading into singles action. 

•  No. 1 – Yue Yu/Lisa Konrad: L, 6-3
• No. 2 – Chloe Cobianchi/Adeline Flanagan: L, 7-5
• No. 3 – Cherry Xiang/Francina Puig Llompart: W, 6-1 

SINGLES ACTION: The Bees rallied and picked up wins at numbers one, two, four, and five singles to pick up the 4-2 win.

• No. 2 – Yue Yu: W, 6-4, 6-3 
• No. 3 – Francina Puig Llompart: 4-6, 5-6, UF
