TAMPA, Fla. – SCAD women's track athlete Liz Hogan has been named the Sun Conference Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for the week ending February 2^nd. The Bees competed at the Legends of Alachua County Invitational on Saturday-Sunday, February 1-2^nd.
 
Liz Hogan broke the school record in the women's 3000M with a time of 10:03.84, placing her second overall and earning her an NAIA "B" qualifying time.
 
The graduate student was also on the women's distance medley relay team that won with an NAIA "A" qualifying standard of 12:06.55. Their time crushed the school record, and is currently the third-fastest time in the NAIA.
 
The Bees return to Gainesville, Fla., for the Celebration Pointe Classic on Friday, February 7th.
