BOONE, N.C. – The SCAD men's and women's cross country teams competed at the NCAA DI Fire Tower Project on Friday. The men's team finished in seventh, while the women's team finished in ninth.
WOMEN'S RESULTS: The women's team totaled 256 points to place ninth in the field of 12. NCAA DI William and Mary won the event with 37 points.
Edith Manfred was SCAD's top finisher in the 6K, placing 25
th in the field of 109 with a time of 22:25.9.

MEN'S RESULTS: The men's team placed seventh in the field of 11 with a score of 201. NCAA DI App State won the event with 23 points.
Max Heins was SCAD's top finisher, placing 23rd in the 8K with a time of 25:41.2.
