NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Members of the SCAD indoor track and field teams traveled to Nashville, Tenn., for the Vanderbilt Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
PROGRAM RECORDS: Liz Hogan set a new indoor track & field record in the 5K with an NAIA B standard time of 17:46.89, placing 13
th in the field of 43.
Max Heins and
Tom Schroeder beat the indoor track & field record in the men's 3K, with Heins setting the new record with a time of 8:47.90, placing 48
th in the field of 59. Schroeder finished 49th with a time of 8:49.17.
INDIVIDUAL FINISHES: Talia Sullivan finished the 5K with a time of 18:19.08, finishing in 24
th.
The women's distance medley team of
Maddy Walter-Sherretts, Clara Wallace,
Maggie Froning, and
Mila Gresh finished in 13
th with a time of 12:38.19.
Maddy Walter-Sherretts placed 35
th in the mile with a time of 5:05.99.
Donovan Slattery finished 54
th in the 3K with a time of 9:01.65.
