NEW ORLEANS, La. – The No. 11 SCAD women's tennis team dropped a tight 4-3 decision to No. 5 Xavier University of Louisiana on Monday afternoon.
RECORDS: The Bees are now 4-3 overall, while the Gold are now 10-3 on the season.
DOUBLES POINT: SCAD took a 1-0 lead, winning at numbers two and three doubles to earn the doubles point.
SINGLES ACTION: The Bees fought hard, winning two more points in the numbers five and six singles positions, but it was not enough as Xavier won 4-3.
