LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The No. 10 SCAD women's tennis team defeated No. RV Our Lady of the Lake University 4-0 on Saturday.
 
RECORDS: The Bees are now 2-0, while the Saints are now 4-6 overall.
 
DOUBLES ACTION: The Bees started the match by winning the doubles point to go up 1-0 heading into singles.
 
Alessia Piccoliori/Francina Puig Llompart won 6-0 at number one doubles. Cherry Xiang/Laura Morera Lucas won 6-3 at number three doubles, while Priya Sukkanha/Sofia Ragona went unfinished.
 
SINGLES ACTION: Alessia Piccoliori won 6-3, 6-1 at number one singles, while Cherry Xiang won 6-0, 6-0 at number three singles. Francina Puig Llompart won 6-0, 6-2 at number five singles.
 
Priya Sukkanha was up 6-2, 5-0 when the match was decided. Sofia Ragona was up 7-5, 3-2, and Lisa Konrad was up 6-1, 1-0 as well.
