The SCAD Swim team showcased an impressive performance at today's swim meet against Lenoir Rhyne and UNC Pembroke. Here are the highlights of SCAD's achievements: 

Women's Events 

400 Yard Medley Relay 

• The SCAD A team, consisting of Romane Cayla, Nikki Hahn, Ro Monge, and Ellie Alexander, clinched first place with a time of 3:53.83. 

• The SCAD B team also performed well, finishing fourth with a time of 4:03.37. 

500 Yard Freestyle 

• Sky Marjamaa secured third place with a time of 5:06.94. 

200 Yard Backstroke 

• Romane Cayla won the event with a time of 2:10.09. 

• Molly Burton followed closely, finishing second with a time of 2:10.63. 

• Lillie England and Rachel Dawson also placed well, finishing fourth and fifth respectively. 

200 Yard Breaststroke 

• Nikki Hahn dominated the event, finishing first with a time of 2:18.10. 

50 Yard Freestyle 

• Ellie Alexander took second place with a time of 24.54. 

• Hayley Wilson and Chayton Small finished third and sixth respectively. 

200 Yard Butterfly 

• Rocio Monge finished second with a time of 2:13.28. 

400 Yard IM 

• Leah Givens secured second place with a time of 4:44.14. 

• Marta Dunjic finished fifth with a time of 5:10.96. 

200 Yard Freestyle Relay 

• The SCAD A team, comprising Rocio Monge, Molly Burton, Romane Cayla, and Ellie Alexander, finished second with a time of 1:41.56. 

200 Yard Medley Relay 

• The SCAD A team won the event with a time of 1:46.70. 

• The SCAD B team finished third with a time of 1:51.83. 

100 Yard Backstroke 

• Romane Cayla, Rachel Dawson, Lillie England, and Molly Burton swept the top four positions. 

100 Yard Breaststroke 

• Nikki Hahn won the event with a time of 1:02.81. - (NAIA National Qualifier) 

• Hayley Wilson and Marta Dunjic also placed well, finishing sixth and ninth respectively. 

100 Yard Freestyle 

• Ellie Alexander finished third with a time of 53.64. 

• Romane Cayla, Chayton Small, and Jinhyo Park also placed in the top eight. 

100 Yard Butterfly 

• Rocio Monge won the event with a time of 58.05. 

• Rachel Dawson finished fourth with a time of 59.82. 

200 Yard IM 

• Nikki Hahn secured first place with a time of 2:08.52. 

• Leah Givens finished third with a time of 2:12.47. 

400 Yard Freestyle Relay 

• The SCAD A team finished second with a time of 3:36.51. 

• The SCAD B team finished fifth with a time of 3:47.76. 

Men's Events

• The SCAD A team, consisting of Dario Rukavina, Nazar Sementsov, Bo Kasten, and Jan Gastal, won the event with a time of 3:21.10. 

• The SCAD B team finished third with a time of 3:30.75. 

500 Yard Freestyle 

• Kevin Keil won the event with a time of 4:31.23. 

• Zoltan Tompos finished second with a time of 4:37.03. 

• Ryan Lipnick and Garrison Allen also placed in the top five. 

200 Yard Backstroke 

• Dario Rukavina won the event with a time of 1:54.91. 

200 Yard Breaststroke 

• Bo Kasten secured first place with a time of 2:05.90. 

• Nazar Sementsov and Jonah Punnett also placed in the top four. 

50 Yard Freestyle 

• Jake Litchfield tied for first place with a time of 21.06. 

• Jan Gastal and Sam Carlson finished third and fourth respectively.

• Nazar Sementsov won the event with a time of 56.77.
