Savannah Ga. - The SCAD women's golf team delivered a commendable performance at "The Southern" tournament held at The Savannah Golf Club on October 14th and 15th. Competing against a strong field of 15 teams, including 13 NCAA Division 1 teams, SCAD secured an impressive eighth place finish. 

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 

• Course: The Savannah Golf Club 

• Par: 72 

• Teams: 15 

TEAM RESULTS: 

• Total Score: +68 (8th Place) 

• Rounds: 312 (Round 1), 311 (Round 2), 309 (Round 3) 

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS: 

• Yunyi Luo: Scored +7, finishing in 8th position 

• Sharon Shan: Scored +18, finishing tied for 35th 

• Lauren Kaltenmark: Scored +19 finishing tied for 40th 

• Isabela Cuisana: Scored +25 finishing tied for 57th 

• Marie Oulie and *Paula Barrio both shot +38 and finished tied for 71st 

• Paula Torres: Scored +44, finishing 73rd
