HARDEEVILLE, S.C. – The SCAD men's soccer team hosted Warner University on Wednesday and tied 1-1 to open Sun Conference action.
RECORDS: The Bees are now 1-1-2, 0-0-1 SUN while the Royals are 2-2-1, 0-0-1 SUN.
HOW IT HAPPENED: SCAD scored the first goal, four minutes into the second half when
Ryan Holmes found the back of the net, to go up 1-0.
With 37:40 remaining in the game, the game entered a lightning delay that lasted just over an hour and a half.
After the return to play, neither team scored until Warner tied it at one-all with 33 seconds remaining in the game. The Royals' shot was the last of the competition.
