SAVANNAH, Ga. – The No. 3 SCAD women's tennis team handed No. RV Marian University a 7-0 loss at home on Wednesday night.
RECORDS: The Bees are now 6-3 overall while the Knights are 13-5.
DOUBLES ACTION: SCAD scored the first point of the night when they won all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point.
Yu Yue and
Alessia Piccoliori won 5-3 at number one doubles. At number two doubles,
Sofia Ragona and
Chloe Cobianchi (Bologna, Italy) won 6-3.
Francina Puig Llompart and
Britain Botsford won 6-3 at number three doubles.
SINGLES ACTION: Following doubles, the Bees continued to dominate, winning all six matches to earn the 7-0 win.

- Britain Botsford (Delray Beach, Fla. / Film and Television) defeated J. Leihbacher 6-2, 6-2.
