LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The No. 3 women's tennis team traveled to Lawrenceville, Ga. on Saturday and competed against Georgia Gwinnett College, losing 7-0.
 
RECORDS: The Bees are now 6-5 while the Grizzlies advance to 13-1.
 
DOUBLES ACTION: In number one doubles, Piccoliori and Yu were defeated 6-0 while Puig Llompart and Ragona lost in number two doubles with a score of 6-2.
 
Botsford and Lisa Konrad (Karlsruhe, Germany / Fashion) lost 6-2 in number three doubles.
 
SINGLES ACTION: Alessia Piccoliori (S.Cristina (BZ), Italy / Graphic Design) fell 1-6, 3-6 at number one singles while Yue Yu (Dalian, China / Illustration) lost 0-6, 5-7 at number two singles.
 
At number three singles, Sofia Ragona (Turin, Italy / Luxury and Brand Management) fell 2-6, 4-6, 9-11 while Francina Puig Llompart (Palma de Mallorca, Spain / Interior Design) and Caroline Lewis (Marietta, Ga. / Fashion Marketing and Management) lost 4-6, 0-6 and 0-6, 1-6 at numbers four and five spots, respectively.
 
Britain Botsford (Delray Beach, Fla. / Film and Television) lost at number six singles with scores of 0-6, 1-6.
