Tough Road Loss for Men’s Soccer

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The SCAD men's soccer team lost 2-0 to No. 16 Georgia Gwinnett on Saturday.

RECORDS
  • The Bees are now 2-2-3 overall on the season.
  • The Grizzlies improve to 5-2-1. 
HOW IT HAPPENED
  • SCAD's defense held No. 16 Georgia Gwinnett to only four shots.
  • Unfortunately, the Grizzlies made two of those shots count, winning 2-0.
  • The last chance to score for the Bees in the first half came from Hugh Wilkinson (Naples, Fla. / Graphic Design) at the 44:56 mark when his header shot was saved.
  • SCAD totaled seven shots in the second half, with Jin Kim (Glen Allen, Va. / Interior Design) taking the last one at the 89:32 mark.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
