No. RV Women’s Soccer Drops 3-1 Decision to No. 9 Southeastern

SAVANNAH, Ga. – The No. RV SCAD women's soccer team hosted No. 9 Southeastern and fell 3-1 at home on Thursday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Abigail Siddall (Plymouth, Mich. / Film and Television) took a pass from Emily Miller (Apex, N.C. / Advertising and Branding) and scored into the top left corner from across the box to give SCAD the 1-0 lead at the 13:14 mark.
  • Southeastern scored just over a minute later, on a free position shot to knot the game at one-all.
  • With 10 minutes remaining in the first, half the Fire took a 2-1 lead.
  • Southeastern scored the only goal in the second half to ultimately win 3-1.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
  • The Bees totaled eight shots on goal while taking two corner kicks.
  • Siddall scored one goal on one shot to lead the offense while Miller totaled one assist.
  • Sydney Chura (Milford, Mich.) totaled three shots, two on goal, while Ines Sommer (Lisbon, Portugal / Film and Television) and Berglind Baldursdottir (Kopavogur, Iceland / Architecture) took two shots, both on goal.
