No. RV Women’s Soccer Continues to Dominate

BABSON PARK, Fla. – The No. RV SCAD women's soccer team dominated on Saturday, defeating Webber International 3-0 on the road.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Abigail Siddall (Plymouth, Mich. / Film and Television) scored on a through ball from Sydney Chura (Milford, Mich.) at the 33:13 mark to go up 1-0.
  • Pauline Watta (Rheine, Germany) headed the ball of a corner kick from Berglind Baldursdottir (Kopavogur, Iceland / Architecture) to give the Bees a 2-0 lead in the 68th minute.
  • Courtney Culp (Piscataway, N.J. / Themed Entertainment Design) played the ball in for Chura to score the last goal of the game with just over 12 minutes remaining in the game as SCAD went on to win 3-0.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
  • Along with her one goal, Chura also added an assist and seven shots, four of which were on goal.
  • Watta totaled one goal while also leading a Bees defense that held the Warriors scoreless and to only six shots (three on goal).
  • Siddell's lone shot on goal was good as she scored the first goal of the game and totaled three shots.
  • Goalie Eliana Charalambous (Manassas, Va. / Graphic Design) tallied three saves in her 90 minutes of work.
