DOUBLES ACTION: The Bees dropped the doubles point with Haley Morrissey (Frisco, Texas / Animation) and Tova Tilk Tobrand (Gothenburg, Sweden / Industrial Design) picking up the only doubles win. The duo won 6-0 at number two doubles.

Priya Sukkanha (Nothaburi, Thailand / Fashion) and Valerie Droop (Hilton Head, S.C. / Advertising and Branding) lost 7-5 at number one doubles while Caroline Lewis (Marietta, Ga. / Fashion) and Francine Voit (Boca Raton, Fla. / Interior Design) lost 6-2 at number three doubles.

SINGLES ACTION: Sukkanha took down her number one singles opponent 6-1, 6-4 while Droop won 6-0, 7-6 (7-3) at number two singles.

Morrissey and Tilk Tobrand won 4-6, 7-6 (7-4), 7-5 and 6-1, 6-2 at numbers three and four singles, respectively.

Voit fell 2-6, 7-5, 6-10 at number five singles while Lewis lost 3-6, 6-3, 4-10 at number six singles.
