QUICK GOAL: The SCAD men's soccer team hosted Johnson & Wales University (Fla.) on Sunday and the game ended in a 0-0 draw.
RECORDS: The Bees are now 5-4-1, 3-2-1 TSC while the Wildcats are now 3-4-2, 1-1-2 TSC.
HOW IT HAPPENED: SCAD's defense held Johnson & Wales to zero shots in the first half to keep the game scoreless. The Bees totaled 10 shots with the last chance of a goal coming at the 43:41 mark when Billy Mitchell headed the ball into a save.
In the second half, the Bees' defense held strong and only allowed eight shots to the Wildcats. Neither team scored in the second half, with SCAD's last chance coming from McKinley Fodness in the 88thminute, to end regulation in a 0-0 tie.
The first overtime period had both teams totaling three shots combined with SCAD's lone shot coming at the 98:39 mark when Fodness' shot was saved.
The Bees totaled three shots to the Wildcats' one in the second overtime period with the last coming when Ben Jacobson's shot went wide at the 109:41 mark. The Wildcats did not score as well, and the game ended in a 0-0 draw.
BOX SCORE: SCAD's defense only allowed 11 shots, three of which were on goal, in the tie. Goalie Joe Parker nabbed three saves in his 110 minutes of work.
The offense took 19 shots, six on goal with Jesus Ulloa totaling a game-high four shots.
Ty Bennett, Matteo Tizzano and Mitchell tallied three shots while Fodness and Tom Barry totaled two shots. Jayden Corbridge and Jacobson had one shot each.
