HOW IT HAPPENED: SCAD took a 4-0 lead less than five minutes into the game before the Vikings scored their first goal at the 23:29 mark.
The Bees scored three more before Missouri Valley scored again to bring the score to 7-2. SCAD held the Vikings scoreless for the remainder of the first half as the Bees went into halftime with a 15-2 lead.
SCAD scored six goals in the second half before Missouri Valley scored its last goal of the game at the 11:19 mark. The Bees went on the score two more goals to end the game with a final score of 23-3.
BOX SCORE: Jo Mitchell scored a game high five goals and totaled a game high three assists for eight points.
Drew Dowgiallo scored four goals while
Shannon Flaherty and
Sydney Knego totaled three goals each.
Jenna Nabridge, Allison Thierry and
Harper Barth totaled two goals apiece while
Grace Knicely and
Katie Rowell scored one goal each.
Flaherty and Mitchell tied a game-high five ground balls with
Casey Summerson and
Olivia Stahl picking up four.
Summerson added six draw controls and Flaherty tallied five.

Olivia Vieira split time in the cage with Lortz totaling one save and Vieira tallying two.
