The No. 5 ranked women's tennis team in the NAIA overpowered Warner University 8-1 at Bacon Park today.  The three doubles teams for SCAD only lost 4 games as they swept the Royals 3-0.  Caroline Viteri and her partner India Hart won all 8 games in their match, while Theresa Schmaus and Maja Plavsic only lost one.
 
In singles play the Lady Bees continued their dominance, only losing at number 6 – and in that match Isadora Salvetti took her opponent to a third set tiebreaker.  It was a good day for the ladies as they close in on their final two matches.

SCAD travels to Brunswick, Georgia on Sunday, April 13, to take on Coastal Georgia at 1 p.m.  The ladies then return home to play Northwood University on Monday at 9 a.m. at Bacon Park in their final conference match of the season.
