The Lady Bees finished the regular season by winning its last 8 matches.  The defeat of Southeastern University at Bacon Park brings SCAD's overall record to 10-2 and its Sun Conference record to a perfect 7-0.  The final season win brings SCAD The Sun Conference Title for 2013.
 
The win also gives SCAD the number 1 seed in The Sun Conference Tournament that begins April 29^th in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Congratulations to the Lady Bees on a truly great 2013 regular season.
 
The victory today against Southeastern was a TEAM victory in that every Lady Bee won her singles' match.  And SCAD took 2 out of 3 doubles' matches to win 8-1.  It would be very difficult to highlight a particular player today, but Maria Barragan lost only a total of 3 games in her singles and doubles matches.  Theresa Schmaus was close behind in only losing 5 in her singles and double play.
