Meet Results

The SCAD Ladies took on Darton College and Limestone College in a dual meet at the Chatham County Aquatic Center and came away with a split.  The Lady Bees defeated Darton 97-25 and lost to Limestone in a tight one at 55-67.
 
All totaled the ladies were able to place first in seven events, second in five events, ant third in six events.  First year swimmer for the Bees, Caroline Lepesant, added three more victories to her growing swimming resume by taking first in the 100 FR (10:25.99), the 500 FR (5:10.25), and the 200 BF (2:11.46).  She also added a second place finish by taking part in the 200 FR Relay.
 
Hannah Legg continued her good work by taking first in the 200 BK (2:08.52) and the 200 IM (2:11.03).  She also added a second place finish in the 200 FR Relay.
 
Other winners in their individual events were Kelsey Bobzien in the 100 BK (1:00.72), and first year swimmer, Emma McKinley in the 100 BF (1:01.00). 
 
The regular season concluded with Saturday's meet so now it is on to the BMC Conference Championship in Charlotte, NC on February 13-16.  Go Bees!
