Meet Results

In the last regular season meet of the 2013 at the Chatham County Aquatic Center, the SCAD Men's Swim Team defeated Darton College 80-42 and came on to tie Limestone College in the last event 61-61.
 
Sophomore Mark Shvartsman earned victories in two individual events and one relay:   the 200 BF (1:58.19), 100 BF (51:93), and the 200 FR Relay (1:27.17) along with Sean Sloat, Zach Redpath, and Elliott Hutchison.
 
Ryan Searles did well by capturing two first place finishes in the 100 BR (52.91) and the 200 BK (1:58.15).  He also finished second in the 200 Medley Relay (1:36.87) along with Patrick Cardillo, Shvartsman, and Sean Sloat.
 
Other individual first place finishes were recorded by Sean Sloat in the 100 FR (47:30), Cardillo in the 200 IM (2:00.24 ), and, swimming in his last regular season event, senior Steven Edgar in the 100 BF (51.77).
 
The Bees were trailing Limestone the whole meet until the last two events when the men made a strong finish to tie the meet at 61 apiece.  Congratulations to the men for a strong performance.
 
It is now on to the Blue Mountain Conference Championships in Charlotte, NC on February 13-16.  Go Bees!!
