The SCAD Savannah women's tennis team kicked off their 2012 season on the right foot as they swept past the College of Coastal Georgia 9-0 in a non-conference match at the Coastal Georgia tennis complex Saturday, Feb. 4, in the afternoon.

The eighth-ranked Bees improved to 1-0 while the Mariners fell to 0-2. SCAD returns to action next Saturday, Feb. 11, when they return home at Bacon Park for a noon match against South Carolina State University.
