STATESBORO, Ga. – Eight players scored as the SCAD Savannah men's lacrosse team recorded a 15-7 SELC Southeast Division win over Georgia Southern University Saturday (March 5) afternoon.
The Bees, who are ranked No. 13 in the Prodigy MCLA Division II Top 25 Poll, improved to 4-2 overall and to 3-0 in the five-team Southeast Division. SCAD returns to action Friday (March 11) when they face the University of St. Thomas (Minn.) at 5:45 p.m. Central time in St. Paul, Minn.
Jordy McManus led the Bees with five goals for the second consecutive match while
Trey McKay,
Shelton Polka and
Justin Sicard each contributed two goals.
Michael Molinaro,
Dan Ogren,
Matt Dean and
Keaton Monroe each tallied a goal in the win. Dean and McKay each led the Bees with two assists while Polka,
Cole Whitworth and
Dan Comite each registered one.

Wade Winebrenner recorded 10 saves in the win for the Bees.
