LAKELAND, Fla. - The Savannah College of Art and Design women's tennis team open their 2010 season with 9-0 sweeps over The Sun Conference opponents Webber International University and Southeastern University Saturday (Feb. 13).

The ninth-ranked Bees improved to 2-0 overall and to 2-0 in The Sun Conference. SCAD, which is the four-time defending conference champions, now have won 28 conference matches in a row. The Bees return to action Sunday (Feb. 14) with a 9 a.m. conference match against Warner University in Lake Wales, Fla.

With the win over Webber International, SCAD head coach Chuck Keenan notched his 100th career win. Now his 12th year as head coach, Keenan has a 101-75 overall record, including a 76-40 mark in his eighth year at SCAD.
