SAVANNAH, Ga. - The Savannah College of Art and Design men's swimming team wrapped up their regular season with a meet against Darton College, Limestone College and Rollins College Saturday (Jan. 24) afternoon at the Chatham County Aquatic Center.

The Bees, who are ranked No. 3, improved to 6-5 as they picked up wins against Darton (142-108) and Rollins (160-90) while Limestone defeated SCAD 145-105. SCAD returns to action Feb. 12 when they travel to Charlotte, N.C., for the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championships.

SCAD a college record in its final home meet of the season. Senior Allan Cox set a new standard in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:42.93.

Danny Recordon (50 freestyle - 20.60), and Vitali Pushkar-Verbitsky (100 butterfly - 48.83) claimed the other individual wins for the Bees.
