Holy Innocents' Episcopal School Athletics

SCAD Women's Golfer, Alazne Urizar, was selected as the recipient of SCAD's Student-Artist-Athlete "Player of the Week" for September 22-28.

Urizar took part in the Lander Lady Bearcat Invitational on September 27-28.  She led the tournament from start to finish.  By finishing 2-under par for the tournament Urizar won the title of individual medalist.  Her score also enabled the SCAD Women to finish second in the tournament.

Her final score of 142 was such that The Sun Conference also awarded her as its "Player of the Week."  This is the eighth time that Urizar has won the Student-Artist-Athlete "Player of the Week" for SCAD.

Other worthy candidates were Jessy Scarpone (W. Cross Country), Ace Brown (M. Cross Country) Maria Barragan, Daniella Arcila, and Carolina Viteri (W. Tennis).
