Anita Maryskova joins SCAD as Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach, bringing a wealth of international playing experience and coaching expertise to the program. She has competed at the highest levels of European soccer, including representing the Czech Women’s National Team at U-15 and U-19 levels, starring for AC Sparta Prague, and becoming the youngest starter for 1.FFC Dresden in Germany at just 16 years old.
In addition to her playing career, Anita holds a UEFA “B” Soccer Coaching License and has been developing elite players since 2010. She previously served as Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Youngstown State University, helping guide the team to the conference finals while significantly improving overall team performance and recruiting top players in the Horizon League. Her work as a coach and scout for the Czech Regional National Team further highlights her commitment to player development and strategic talent identification.
Anita’s combination of high-level playing experience, coaching acumen, and leadership philosophy makes her a strong asset to SCAD’s Women’s Soccer program.
