In her first season at the helm as Head Coach of the Fresno State lacrosse team in 2021, Concheck-Vincent maneuvered through some of the toughest circumstances as a head coach during the pandemic. With only 18 active student-athletes on the roster, Concheck-Vincent and the Bulldogs pursued to advance to their first-ever Mountain Pacific Sports Federation championship game in 2021, upsetting San Diego State. Concheck-Vincent coached five All-MPSF selections in the 2021 season, four All-Tournament Team selections, and the conference’s Rookie of the Year. In the second year under her leadership, the Bulldogs continued to set program and individual records in their final race. Fresno State ranked 4th in the country in NCAA D1 with saves per game, and in the top 50 with assists per game, ground balls, and draw controls per game.

Prior to her time at Fresno State, Concheck-Vincent spent four seasons (2016-19) as the Head Coach at NCAA D1 Saint Francis University within the Northeast Conference, where she became the program's all-time winningest coach in 2018 and still holds that title. Saint Francis received their highest NCAA ranking in program history in 2018 and received the NEC Sportsmanship Award. The Red Flash consistently held a team GPA of 3.5 or higher during her tenure and produced numerous IWLCA honors. In her four years, Concheck-Vincent coached eight all-conference selections, a program record, and boasted a team that consistently ranked in the top of the conference and division with its top scoring offense, ground balls, caused turnovers, and draw controls per game.

In 2014-2016, Concheck-Vincent spent time as the Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at NCAA DIII Oberlin College where she helped the team to a North Coast Athletic Conference Championship appearance. While at Oberlin, she coached the NCAC Defensive Player of the Year, six all-conference selections and two all-region athletes. While at Oberlin, she also taught a Women’s Strength Training course as well as Strength and Conditioning course.

Concheck-Vincent coached the Major Force Lacrosse Club in Columbus, Ohio from 2014-18. She has also coached at several clinics and camps, including Penn State, James Madison, Stanford, and others, since 2014. She was also the coach of Team Maryland in 2016 and won the Brine All-American Cup with Team Pennsylvania in 2018.

The Columbus, Ohio native graduated from Fresno State University, where she spent four years in the lacrosse program ending her career as the all-time leading scorer, All-MPSF Academic and Athletic team honors, as well as Fresno State’s Offensive Player of the Year in 2014. Concheck-Vincent graduated with her degree in Adventure Recreation Administration and is completing a Master’s in Strategic and Organizational Leadership. She is also a certified CrossFit Trainer and finished as 328th CrossFit athlete in North America in the 2021 CrossFit Games Quarterfinals.

Concheck-Vincent resides with her husband, Johnathan Vincent in Pooler, GA with their three dogs Clifford, Montana, and Ruby.
