Denise Holloway

Denise Holloway came to SCAD in winter of 2016 as an Athletic Trainer, primarily covering men's soccer, women's lacrosse, bowling and cycling.

Denise came to SCAD from Columbia, S.C. where she worked as an athletic trainer contractor for the United States Army.

Holloway earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Wright State University in Dayton, OH in 2005. While at Wright State, Holloway worked with the Raiders Men’s Basketball, Women’s Softball, Men’s Soccer, Women’s and Men’s Swimming and Diving teams. She also worked with the Athletic Trainer at Alter, a local high school.

In 2007, Holloway earned her Master of Arts degree in Education from Wright State University. After graduating she worked for an Ohio area Hospital that contracted her to Miami Middletown University. After working there for several years she moved on to University of Hawaii at Hilo Athletics, covering Women’s Volleyball, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Softball, Men’s and Women’s Golf. During her tenure at University Hawaii at Hilo she became senior woman administrator.

Holloway has experience professionally in high school, University, and Military settings.

Holloway currently resides on Whitemarsh Island, Georgia.
