In her inaugural cross country season, Kiser led the women's cross country to a first-place finish at the Sun Conference Championship, earning an at large bid to the NAIA National Championships. The women's team placed 21st at the NAIA National Championship, with one NAIA All-American. The men's team sent two individuals. Kiser was named the 2025 Sun Conference Women's Coach of the Year.
In her first season, Kiser was the Assistant Coach, playing a pivotal role in leading both the men’s and women’s cross country teams to Sun Conference Championship titles. The women’s squad earned a record-setting 9th place at the NAIA National Championships, while the men notched a 28th place finish—their best showing since 2016. The women’s indoor track & field team also recorded the program’s first-ever NAIA top-25 ranking. Individually, SCAD athletes earned two NAIA Cross Country All-American finishes and six NAIA Indoor Track & Field All-American finishes last year.
