Coach O’Neill grew up in the state of Maryland and is a graduate from Towson University. He has coached at every level of lacrosse from high school, club to rec programs in South Florida. Those teams include Suncoast High School, Snipers Lacrosse, and Team 22 Lacrosse.
Coach O’Neill has served on the Board of FCA South Florida Lacrosse as well as held the position of Director of Operations for Black Lab Lacrosse. As a dedicated member of the Boca Raton, Florida growing lacrosse community, Coach O’Neill coached for many years for the Boca Jets.
He is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent and enjoys traveling with his family, boating, hiking, and playing golf in the offseason.
