Christian is entering his 4th season as the Defensive Coordinator for the Bees. 

In his first year as the Defensive Coordinator in 2019, he helped to improve the defense in every category, including: Caused Turnovers , Caused Turnovers Per Game, Clearing Percentage, Goals Allowed Per Game, Save Percentage, and Overall Scoring Margin in the NAIA. In addition, two starting defenseman were named to the All-Conference Teams: Jackson Bryan - All-Conference 1st Team, and Ty Hunsaker, was named All-Conference 2nd Team. 

In 2020, during a shortened season due to the Corona Virus outbreak, the Bees defense improved in Caused Turnovers (14th to 2nd), Caused Turnovers per Game (6th to 1st), Goals Allowed per Game (14th to 1st), Save Percentage (18th to 1st) and Overall Scoring Margin (15th to 1st). As well as creating a relentless starting close defense, who each were in the Top 20 for Caused Turnovers Per Game in the NAIA. 

Harris earned his bachelor's degree in Secondary Education of English in 2005 from the University of Hartford. While there, Harris played lacrosse for three seasons as a Hawk. He later earned his Masters of Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver in 2010. Harris moved to Savannah, GA to open a retail lacrosse store, Lowcountry Lacrosse, in 2014 where he also created the South Coast Youth Lacrosse League and the Savannah Sweetlax Hawksbills club program, which he still runs in conjunction with working for the Bees Lacrosse team. 

Christian and his wife, Bethany, live in Guyton with their two dogs.
