MOBILE, Ala. – The No. 7 SCAD women's tennis team faced No. 10 SCAD Atlanta in the second round of the NAIA National Championship on Wednesday, falling 4-1.
RECORD: The Bees are now 12-9 overall, while the Atlanta Bees are now 17-6 on the season.
DOUBLES POINT: SCAD Savannah's number three doubles was up 5-4 when doubles was called, as SCAD Atlanta won at numbers one and two doubles to take a 1-0 lead heading into singles action.
SINGLES ACTION: SCAD Savannah picked up a win at the number three singles position, but it was not enough as SCAD Atlanta won at numbers one, two, and six singles to earn the 4-1 win.
