Men’s Golf Finishes Seventh at the Sun Conference Championship

LAKELAND, Fla. – The SCAD men's golf team finished seventh at the Sun Conference Championship on Tuesday.
 
TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
  • Course: Grasslands Golf and Country Club
  • Par: 72
  • Teams: 7
  • Individuals: 34
TEAM SCORE: The Bees finished in seventh with a total score of 936 (321, 313, 302). No. 10 Southeastern won the SUN Title with a two-day score of 869 (301, 286, 282).
 
INDIVIDUAL SCORES: Max Fallenius was SCAD's top finisher with a score of 233 (79, 80, 74) to finish in 28th.
 
Gabriel Velasco finished in 29th with a three-round score of 235 (82, 74, 79), while Samuel Murray tied for 31st with a score of 239 (84, 77, 78).
 
Jensen Rainey and Jack Layman finished in 33rd and 34th with their respective scores of 240 (80, 82, 78) and 72.
